Eligibility
Siblings, birth to age 21 years old, of children who have a life-threatening, chronic illness may be eligible. Referral by social worker or child life specialist required. Persons must meet HUGS requirements and application process.

Application process
Referral accepted from hospital social worker, child life specialist, or self-referral. Doctor's forms must be completed by physicians and enrollment into HUGS completed. Forms available online https://hugshawaii.org/service-providers

HUGS's Sibiling Support program provides specialized programs for siblings of children with life-threatening, chronic illness. Includes a sibling camp for HUGS members.
