HIV/AIDS diagnosis by a Hawaii physician; Hawaii residency; Homeless or at-risk of becoming homeless; very low income and no resources.

Written Application Face-to-face screening interview.
Fees
No fees, clients pay 30% of adjusted gross income towards rent.

Transitional housing for HIV+ individuals who are homeless or at-risk of becoming homeless. Participants may stay between 3 and 24 months; there is on-site curricula, one-on-one counseling, and group activities. Participants pay 30% of income towards rent. Not a hospice or treatment facility, but ensures that participants are connected to needed primary medical care and support services.
