Eligibility

Young people ages 7 - 22 years old who are eligible for services from Department of Human Services, Office of Youth Services, the Judiciary, and Department of Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Division. Young people with behavioral health issues who require therapeutic family treatment and young people who require support to develop the independent living skills necessary to achieve healthy self-sufficiency.

Description

Provides care for youth in a therapeutic family home with highly trained, Master's level supervised, carefully supported Professional Parents. Youth develop their strengths and skills, cope with trauma, and work toward their behavioral health goals. Youth and their bio-family develop individualized treatment goals within a treatment team to achieve healthy functioning toward reunification or self-sufficiency.
