Fees

Adult Substance Abuse Assessment fee is $100.00 (with sliding fee scale for low income). Treatment groups and individual sessions are free of charge Urinalysis drug/alcohol screens are $25.00/ea or $30 if we are invoicing a company. Sober Living House fee

Ohana Makamae, Inc. provides an Substance Abuse Treatment Program for Adults and Youth, facilitated by Certified Substance Abuse Counselors. Our Substance Abuse Treatment services includes: -Assessments; DUI Assessments; Consultation and Family Counseling -Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP); Outpatient Treatment (OP); Aftercare (Adults and Youth) -Dual Diagnosis Counseling (for clients with both substance use and mental health diagnosis) -School Based Substance Abuse Treatment- adolescent education, evaluation and OP treatment -Drug Screening Please call us if you would like more information on our program, know someone who may be in need of our services or are just concerned about a friend or family member.
