Families are referred by the Department of Human Services Child Welfare services, or Parents And Children Together's Voluntary Case Management and Family Strengthening Service programs. Children must be under the 5 years old. This a closed referral system

Parents And Children Together provides support through home visits and works in partnership with families. Our parenting curriculum promotes safe and nurturing parenting and access to resources about healthy child development. Our program serves families with children ages birth through 5 years old and families who have struggled to keep their children from harm or need additional parenting support.
