Description

Provides health care coordination to target populations. Participates with communities to problem-solve health issues. Provides health education in women and child health, chronic diseases, communicable diseases and prevention. Facilitates access to health care. Conducts screening tests and source/contact investigations on tuberculosis (TB) cases. Provides health services in public schools, consultation services to private schools, day care, and residential care homes. No longer provides keiki immunizations, please call Hilo or Kona public health nursing.
