Call for appointment for services. For child immunizations by appointment with no medical insurance, need to bring child's immunization record, as accompanied by parent or legal guardian.

Provides health care coordination to target populations. Participates with communities to problem-solve health issues. Provides health education in adult and child health, chronic diseases, communicable disease and prevention. Facilitates access to health care. Conducts screening tests and source/contact investigations on tuberculosis (TB) cases. Provides health services in public schools, consultation services to private schools, day care, and residential care homes.
