Eligibility

All youth and young adults, ages 14-26, who have had any involvement with the child welfare system on Oahu, East Hawaii, West Hawaii, Maui and Kauai are eligible.

(Youth Employment and Success Hawaii) YES Hawaii serves youth ages 14-26. The program provides peer support and outreach services. The Program is youth driven and designed to engage foster youth in peer mentoring and meaningful and supportive events and activities. Services include outreach and support, peer mentoring, events and activities, leadership and skill-building, and social media and other electronic communication training.
