Eligibility
Families with income at or below 130% of Federal Poverty Level may be eligible. If a family is receiving public assistance (e.g., TANF or Supplemental Security Income), Homeless Foster Children Children w/Special Needs, (e.g. IFSP or IEP), or receiving child care subsidy, infants and toddlers, birth - 3 years old, of parents who are working or attending school full-time they may be eligible.

Parents And Children Together's (PACT) learning and developmental services for pregnant women and low income families with infants and toddlers birth - 5 years old. Applications are accepted year-round. PACT's Early Head Start is a federally funded program that supports the healthy development of pregnant women, infants, and toddlers birth - 3 years old through early learning, health, and family services. PACT's Head Start is a federally funded program that promotes school readiness for children 3 years old - 5years old through education, health, nutrition, and family support services.
