Eligibility
Active duty and retired Coast Guard personnel, and their employee dependents, and Coast Guard reservists, as well as civilian employees of the Coast Guard and their families.

Appointment preferred. Need to bring military ID, wear a mask and call before entry into building.
Fees
Free for those who are eligible military members of Coast Guard.

All Islands,Oahu,Hawaii (Big Island),Maui,Kauai,Molokai,Lanai,Niihau
Provides family violence case management. Provides information and referral, short-term counseling and ombudsman program. Operates an employment resource center. Provides family advocacy training, in-home child care provider program, relocation information, employee assistance program, and wellness program. Provides sexual assault response coordination. Coordinates travel to obtain health care.
