International Folk Dancers of Hawaii

As determined by the Charter, this non-profit corporation shall be organized exclusively: To perpetuate recreational folk dancing and its accompanying music through ongoing educational programs of classes, workshops, concerts, conferences and forums. To create a center for interchange of ideas between educators, the public and international folk dancers. To teach the history and culture of nations of the world through folk dances and folk music of those countries. To seek monies and/or grants for the necessary financial support to accomplish the purposes stated above.
