Assists with health insurance application, housing assistance, interpretation services, Temporary Assistance to Needy Families and transportation assistance: We can assist the patient in calling the Handi Van when they are here.
We can help them to apply for bus passes or other financial assistance.
We also provide taxi vouchers to and from the hospital or the specialist as necessary.
