Offers information, referral and direct support to any person victimized. Support is also provided during police, medical examinations and legal matters surrounding the crime, advocacy, counseling, and therapy.

(LITFP SSI) The City and County of Honolulu Department of Community Services' Low Income Transit Fare Program (LITFP) provides a discounted transit fare for income qualifying individuals. For persons receiving Supplemental Security Income (SSI) no application necessary. Bring the following documents to the Transit Pass Office at the Kalihi Transit Center: -Supplemental Security Income Benefit Verification Letter from the Social Security Administration. -Official, valid photo identification (ID) such as a Passport, Driver's License, Driver's Permit, State ID, Birth Certificate for individuals 17 years of age or younger.

(TANF, TAONF) The federal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Program provides temporary cash assistance to eligible families. The monthly cash assistance given to families may be used to pay for food, clothing, housing and utility expenses, and other daily needs. Eligible families include at least one specified relative adult and a minor dependent child who resides in the same home. In addition, family members must be US citizens. The State of Hawaii Temporary Assistance for Other Needy Families (TAONF) Program provides the same benefits and services to Hawaii’s vulnerable families with children as the TANF program. The TAONF program eligibility includes mixed citizens and non-citizens, and single- and two-parent households. Provides a comprehensive recreational program in the community. There are three program periods throughout the year: Fall, spring and summer. (Food Bank) Hawaii Foodbank operates two AIB-certified warehouses on Oahu and Kauai where we receive, inspect, sort, store and distribute food to our communities. Food is sourced from manufacturers, growers, retailers, wholesalers, Feeding America, individual and corporate food drives and federal commodities where our staff and volunteers prepare these items for safe and efficient distribution through our partnership of more than 200 agencies including food pantries, soup kitchens, homeless shelters, domestic abuse shelters and rehabilitation centers. Food distribution is also through food pantries in local communities and the Ohana Produce Plus program, which provides fresh produce and assorted groceries to anyone in need while supplies last. To become a food partner agency, organizations must be a publicly supported 501(c)(3) and meet Hawaii Foodbank and Feeding America requirements. Hoa Aina O Makaha is a resource to the schools by providing interactive hands-on activities that broadens understanding of subject matter and enhances classroom lesson plans; activities include gardening projects and animal care. Small scale agricultural farming produces herbs and other produce.

(Wendys Wonderful Kids - Adoption Services) Wendy’s Wonderful Kids offers proactive, child-focused recruitment of adoptive families for children who have been placed in long-term foster care. Sponsored by the Dave Thomas Foundation, this unique program provides intensive social work services to find the best adoptive home for a child by exploring all facets of the child’s family, school, and friendship circles, as well as recruiting families from the broader community. Goals: • Increase the number of foster children placed with loving, adoptive or guardianship families in Hawaii • Develop supportive and warm relationships with children waiting to be adopted/legal guardianship • Provide information and resources to prospective and adoptive/guardianship parents • Increase community awareness of foster care adoption • Streamline the adoption process • Improve the quality of life for children in the permanent care of the Hawaii • State Department of Human Services by providing a “forever” family in Hawaii

Bridge House Clean and Sober Living provides a residential living opportunity for people in recovery from drug/alcohol abuse. We are a culturally-based program, utilizing Hawaiian health and healing principles. We also have a vocational skills building component, which prepares individuals for entry/re-entry into the work force. We also operate an outpatient substance abuse treatment program at an off-site location that provides assessment and formal treatment.

(Kumukahi Health + Wellness, Hawaii Island HIV/AIDS Foundation) Provides STD Testing and Treatment,HIV and Hepatitis C Testing, Sexual Health Counseling, PrEP Navigation Services, Client Services for people living with HIV and their families. Assists with daily living needs, financial aid for housing, food and medicine. Offers individual counseling, nursing, and social service case management. Accessing all aspect of medical care including vision, dental and drug assistance. Qualifying for public and private aid programs for housing and financial assistance, home health services, essential transportation, etc, Counseling and referral services including mental health, harm reduction and return to work programs, disability claims and a fully stocked food pantry on-site.

(Lunalilo Home’s Meals-to-Go) We prepare balanced meals using fresh ingredients to meet a third of the Recommended Dietary Allowance for an individual as established by the U.S. Food and Nutrition Board of the Institute of Medicine, National Academy of Sciences. We can also accommodate special requests for modified and therapeutic meals including: diabetic, low sodium, reduced cholesterol, low potassium, low fat, and low carbohydrate. Lunalilo Home is part of 'Ai Pono, a movement to sustainably feed Hawaii and malama our aina and wai. Lunalilo Home prepares and packages local style, nutritious meals featuring indigenous and locally-sourced ingredients, using fresh herbs and vegetables grown in Lunalilo Home's own garden beds in our farm-to-kupuna program. Our Meals to Go are currently Waimanalo to Kaimuki but we hope to expand in the near future.
