(Aloha Diaper Pantry) The Aloha Diaper Bank supports newborns up to 3 years old who are facing poverty or family crises due to job loss or personal circumstances. Working in collaboration with various local agencies that serve low-income, homeless, and families in crisis, we provide essential diapers and wipes. Families are encouraged to register with one of the partner agencies to receive ongoing support and access other valuable services during challenging times. Additionally, the Aloha Diaper Bank offers a one-time emergency assistance package, including 75 diapers and 2 packs of baby wipes, to address immediate needs. The Aloha Diaper Bank Maui Pantry and the Aloha Diaper Bank Kauai Pantry works with partner agencies to distribute diapers to families in need. (Ohana Connections Program) The core beliefs of the program are: all children entering foster care have the right to know and connect with their family, a right to learn about their family history, a right to maintain their family relationships, and a right to belong to a family, community, and place. Like all children, they deserve to feel stable, secure, and loved. The ‘Ohana Connections Program, working in conjunction with the ‘Ohana Finding Program, finds and engages the foster youth’s family members and other kinship family, and then helps nurture and support those renewed family connections. (PAT) Increase Your Keiki’s Opportunity for School Success! Program for families of prenatal moms, infants and toddlers called “Parents As Teachers,” or PAT - a home-based program for families that begins before your keiki is born until a keiki turns three. Through home visits, we support parents with practical, research-based strategies and activities to support the importance of enhancing school readiness during these critical and formative years of a keiki’s life. These strategies enhance parent child interactions, strengthen ohana relationships and support parents in being their keiki’s first and most influential teacher. Literacy is a major focus of PAT, books are used in every visit. The “Parents as Teachers” Foundational Curriculum is provided through supportive certified PAT parent educator’s home visits and screenings in assisting parents in understanding the latest neuroscience research and how it relates to their keiki. (Perinatal Addiction Treatment of Hawaii) PATH Clinic's focus is assisting pregnant and parenting women with a history of substance use disorders. Services include obstetrics/gynecology, primary medical care, behavioral health, tobacco treatment, insurance navigation, and other support. PATH Clinic's “Childbirth Education Classes” aims to achieve better health outcomes for both mother and child and more capable parenting. Classes are held three times each month 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm.

Operates a comprehensive treatment program for chemically dependent adult men and women. Includes individual, group, family counseling, and psycho-educational skill building seminars. Family participation is strongly encouraged.

(Community-Based Mentoring Program) Case Managers at Big Brothers Big Sisters Hawaii work with parents, guardians, therapists, counselors, schools, and youth serving organizations to identify and pair under-resourced youth from ages 6 years old and older with one-on-one mentors. Case Managers create an outcome development plan in collaboration with the parent/guardian, child and volunteer. Plans are updated yearly. Youth and their mentors meet 2-3 times per month for a few hours each outing. Outings are selected by the youth. Mentors pick-up their mentees and are responsible for transportation and other costs they incur. Some of the costs are offset by sponsored activities and discounts at partnering companies.

(After School Drop In) The Susannah Wesley Community Center After School Enrichment Program provides a safe, structured spaces where youth ages 7 years old -18 year old can build life skills, discover new interest, and form meaningful relationships with peers. Activities focus on personal growth, leadership, and academic achievement.
