Provides a comprehensive recreational program in the community. There are three program periods throughout the year: fall, spring and summer. Activities are geared for all ages, including classes in arts and crafts, Hawaiiana, games and sports, music, seasonal activities and crafts, and excursions. (Ohana Finding) Family Finding is a process designed to identify, locate and engage family members of children and youth who are in foster care. Family Finding utilizes database case mining and internet searches to identify and locate family and other possible relatives. Individuals who are identified as possible relatives are verified via phone contact and/or letters, and names of confirmed family members are compiled onto maternal and paternal family lists. These lists are then submitted to Child Welfare Services (CWS), the GAL, and the EPIC Ohana Conference coordinator or the Ohana Connections specialist to assist them in engaging relatives to help care for, provide support for, or reconnect to the child in care. (Food Pantry) Saint Raphael's Church provides a bag or a box of food to those that are in need, mainly canned goods. They occasionally provides eggs, meat and toiletries. The pantry will be open the 3rd Thursday of the month in November and December 2025.

HomeAid's Kauhale Management Division provides secure, shared housing at Kipuola Kauahale, light case management, job readiness support, and opportunities for education and community engagement primarily for single individuals.  Additional support for mental health resources and counseling referrals, transportation assistance for work or school, and health and wellness programs for residents may be available. Residents have their own "sleeping pod" but share communal space (toilet, shower, kitchen, computer lab, public areas, etc.).  Residents are required to attend weekly or monthly community meetings, help with shared chores to maintain the common areas, follow site policies for safety, treat others with kindness and respect, and stay engaged with job training, education, or personal development activities.

(Maui Economic Opportunity Youth Bank, MEO Youth Bank) The MEO YOUTH SERVICES offers an After-School/Out of School Positive Youth Development Programming service. The programming activities allows youths in the 6th grade through high school age (up to 18 years old) to acquire the attitudes, competencies, values, and social skills that is necessary to carry them forward to successful adulthood. MEO Youth Services also assists the youths/young adults with skills to avoid choices and behaviors that will limit their future potential. The program focuses on Life & Career Skills development through culturally based, outdoor experiential activities, and meaningful Service Learning opportunities. MEO YOUTH SERVICES provides in-school prevention programs.

Provides nutritional counseling for diabetics, pregnant women, and persons with high blood pressure or heart disease. Administers WIC (Women, Infants, Children) Program which provides supplemental food to pregnant, post partum, and breastfeeding women and children up to age five. Also offers programs on smoking cessation and relapse prevention to promote smoke free families. Accepts volunteers to assist with Youth Services, Elder Services, Medical, Dental,Roots Cafe, community gardens and reforestation (Ho'oulu 'Aina) programs, as well as in Administration and Women's Health.

(Aloha Diaper Pantry) The Aloha Diaper Bank supports newborns up to 3 years old who are facing poverty or family crises due to job loss or personal circumstances. Working in collaboration with various local agencies that serve low-income, homeless, and families in crisis, we provide essential diapers and wipes. Families are encouraged to register with one of the partner agencies to receive ongoing support and access other valuable services during challenging times. Additionally, the Aloha Diaper Bank offers a one-time emergency assistance package, including 75 diapers and 2 packs of baby wipes, to address immediate needs. The Aloha Diaper Bank Maui Pantry and the Aloha Diaper Bank Kauai Pantry works with partner agencies to distribute diapers to families in need. The federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) provides crucial food and nutritional support to qualifying low-income and needy households, and those making the transition from welfare to self-sufficiency. The SNAP processing center provides public assistance, food stamps (SNAP) and financial assistance, to eligible individuals and families. They handle new applications and ongoing assistance. A paper copy of the application can be downloaded, printed, signed and submitted via US postal mail or dropped off in the drop box. Presentation are given to 4th grade students at their schools concerning endangered species and conservation. Touch-see exhibits of animal bio facts are shared with students.

(Hawaii Relief Program) Catholic Charities Hawaii has been contracted to administer the Hawaii Relief Program. Eligible applicants may receive up to four months of financial assistance, including: -Up to 4 months of rent or mortgage (up to $6,000 per month) -One time security deposit (actual housing deposit amount up to the maximum of $6,000) -Up to 4 months of utility assistance ($2,000 per month per utility source) -One time Utility deposit (up to $3,000 per utility source). -One-time automobile down payment -Up to 4 months of automobile payments Utility payments may include electricity, gas, or water expense, or a combination of these utility sources.
