Provides food pantry on-site to those in need of food. Provides hygiene pantry for the homebound seniors. School supplies program is collaborative effort with Helping Hands Hawaii. We accept school supplies donations and help distribute them as well.

Helping Hands Hawaii's Community Clearinghouse operates a warehouse providing free essential items to persons and families with low-income, people experiencing houselessness, and disaster survivors. Available items may include furniture, basic household goods, hygiene items, food, and clothing. Individuals and families may request assistance online at https://www.bit.ly/hhhassistance Emergency walk‑in assistance is available for clothing, hygiene, and food on Monday, Wednesday 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm.

(Food Pantry) Dynamic Compassion in Action distributes food boxes to persons in need and persons with low-income. Clothing and household goods are distributed at the same site and during same food pantry hours. Volunteers are accepted, but please call first. We accept donations of clean and gently used small household items and clothing. The food distribution is normally a drive through. For persons who walk in please bring a bag, box or wagon. This is an Ohana Produce Plus Distribution and Senior Food Box Program, Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), a one a month, federal program helping low-income kupuna.

Makaha Community Center is partnering with Waianae Assembly of God for the distribution of food, clothing, furniture, appliances, and household items. We also support local Department of Education school incentive programs in the Nanakuli-Waianae complex to help promote academics and attendance.
