The Parent Line is coordinating assistance for families who need to replace critical items, including: Car seats, breast pumps, cribs, and other essential baby supplies.
Families whose essential baby items were lost or damaged during Hurricanes Lala and Lowell are encouraged to request assistance as soon as possible so support can be coordinated. To ensure comprehensive statewide outreach, these relief efforts are being coordinated through The Parent Line, which is funded by the Hawaii Department of Health and administered by Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies.

(KIPC, Car Seat and Booster Seat Safety, CPS) Keiki Injury Prevention Coalition (KIPC) provides a network of Car Seat Inspection Stations, technicians, and instructors certified in caregiver education on correct child restraint use and installation. KIPC provides appointments at Inspection Stations and conducts car seat checks at community events on Oahu. KIPC also provides standardized certification training for new technicians, and updates for those currently certified.
