Kokua Kalihi Valley (KKV) is a community organization with the mission for "healing and reconciliation in the Kalihi Valley community". KKV serves residents in Kalihi Valley a Medically Underserved Area and Health Personnel Shortage Area, as designated by the Public Health Service. Services include: dental, medical, family planning, WIC nutrition, behavioral health, elderly services, elderly exercise classes, youth development, case management, transportation, translation, case management and outreach, sewing program and Micronesian women's group.

Operates a 272 bed facility (164 acute care, 108 long term care). Provides inpatient and outpatient care. Provides home health services in patient's home. Provides physical therapy. Operates social service department, pharmacy and medical library. Operates 20 bed psychiatric hospital.
