(SSVF) Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) provides outreach and case management service to improve housing stability by providing supportive services to eligible Veteran families residing in or transitioning to permanent housing. Supportive Services include housing search assistance, landlord mediation, and temporary financial assistance. SSVF also provides information and referrals to assist participants with obtaining VA benefits and other public benefits, which may include health care services, personal financial planning services, and legal services.

Provides housing, case management, and nutrition services to Hawaii residents on Island of Oahu with disabilities, including HIV/AIDS and have very low income. Housing services include transitional shelter, short-term rent assistance, utility assistance, security deposit assistance, and rental subsidy programs. Case management is provided in conjunction with housing assistance. Nutritional services includes grocery distribution, home delivery to the house bound, and twice weekly hot lunches.

Provides primary health care including medical and psychiatric services for eligible veterans with stable, chronic health problems or minor acute illness. Provides social services, case management services, and information and referral to appropriate resources.

(WIN Kauai) We provide clean and sober housing, bridge to success transitional housing, resource referrals, parenting classes, life skills classes, substance abuse relapse prevention, intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment, re-entry from incarceration, domestic violence education, employment services, case management, and advocacy. WIN is committed to guiding women and teens towards sobriety, self-esteem and responsibility through our warm, nurturing and holistic approach. We help our clients develop positive life skills they need to become independent and productive members of our community. We do everything we can to break the generational cycle of hopelessness and abuse. WIN gives preference for admission of pregnant women in our housing and treatment program.

Parents And Children Together provides support through home visits and works in partnership with families. Our parenting curriculum promotes safe and nurturing parenting and access to resources about healthy child development. All services are provided free of charge with referrals. Evenings and weekends by appointment.

Kokua Kalihi Valley (KKV) is a community organization with the mission for "healing and reconciliation in the Kalihi Valley community". KKV serves residents in Kalihi Valley a Medically Underserved Area and Health Personnel Shortage Area, as designated by the Public Health Service. Services include: dental, medical, family planning, WIC nutrition, behavioral health, elderly services, elderly exercise classes, youth development, case management, transportation, translation, case management and outreach, sewing program and Micronesian women's group.

(MEO) Provides up to 6 months of case management that includes developing an individual service plan, budget preparation, assistance with job retention and job skill development, and other counseling. In addition to case management clients may receive up to a maximum of $3500 in rental assistance. This is structured for a six month period with the first month's rental not to exceed $1200.

Program recipients for whom issues of safety and domestic violence are interfering with their progress can call upon Domestic Violence Advocacy to help them find support to change their situations. Services include: assessment, service planning, counseling services, case management and linkage and referral. Provides client advocacy for women referred by Department of Human Services (DHS) in need of case management and support to leave domestic violent relationships. Six month time period given to provide victims the opportunity to gain focus and perspective of their personal goals and career choice.

Accessing all aspect of medical care including vision, dental and drug assistance. Qualifying for public and private aid programs for housing and financial assistance, home health services, essential transportation, etc, Counseling and referral services including mental health, harm reduction and return to work programs, disability claims and a fully stocked food pantry on-site.
