Social Services: Supports immigrants, refugee and low-income residents, and human trafficking victims with skill building that lead to self-sufficiency. Economic development: Provides workforce training, education and placement and job creation initiatives to immigrants, refugees and low-income residents of Hawaii towards economic self-sufficiency. (PSI Helpline) Provides a helpline for support and local referrals for postpartum mental health, along with online information and support groups to help families, providers, and communities learn about the emotional and mental health of childbearing families. Website helps locate specialized support coordinators. The helpline connects callers to crisis hotlines, support groups, and events in that area. Helpline runs 24/7, but is staffed only during business hours. Callers may leave confidential messages anytime and staff will return them as soon as possible.

(IOP) The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is an intensive psychotherapeutic program designed to treat substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. Services include group therapy, individual counseling, and toxicology testing. Sessions are often done as a group. Clients go home each night, rather than living at a treatment center. Clients attend IOP groups 3-5 days per week, for a total of 9-15 hours per week.

(Domestic Abuse Shelter) Domestic Abuse Shelters provide a safe haven for abused partners and their children. It is a time-out period for abused partners to learn about the dynamics of domestic violence, the cycle of abuse and how to develop a "safety plan". It is also a time for learning about and making choices; discovering that they are not at fault for the abuse; building self-esteem and learning self-empowerment. The Domestic Abuse Shelters help families and children escape from domestic violence and establish independent lives. The Shelter offers up to 120 days of a safe haven, basic needs (food, clothing etc.), counseling and services for children. Program participants learn dynamics of domestic violence, develop safety plans, improve self-esteem and learn healthy parenting skills. Children develop safety plans and learn they’re not responsible for domestic violence. (SASS, Empowering Alternatives Program, EAP, Sexual Assault Response and Advocacy Services, SARAH) Operates a 24-hour crisis hotline for persons affected by a sex assault, including women, men, girls and boys. Offers information, referral and direct support to any person victimized. Support is also provided during police, medical examinations and legal matters surrounding the crime, advocacy, counseling, and therapy.

(Sexual Abuse Treatment Services) Provides comprehensive services for families and individuals who have experienced sexual abuse within the family. Services are provided to child and adult victims, non-offending partners, alleged juvenile and adult offenders, and siblings. Treatment is provided through individual, dyad, family therapy and an extensive group program. The various components of the program are designed to reinforce each other for more comprehensive treatment. Provides group counseling, individual counseling, mother-daughter counseling, couples counseling, and family counseling services for victims of incest, their siblings, non-offending parents, and offenders.

National Runaway Safeline provides a confidential, 24/7 crisis intervention for runaway and homeless youth and their families via phone, chat, email, text, and bulletin board. Referrals, conference calling with a parent upon youth's request, conflict mediation, and information hotline available. (DVSF) The Domestic Violence Services for Families program provides counseling services for offenders, survivors and their children who have been referred by DHS programs. Services are provided primarily through group and individual counseling. Serves the Windward and Central area of Oahu. Groups area available after hours in the evening.

(Crisis Mobile Outreach) Professional counselors on call to help youth who are in psychiatric crisis or to supplement the efforts of their caregivers. Counselors can refer clients to specialized, short-term, out-of-home placement when needed. Provides face to face assessment of a crisis situation and arrange appropriate course of action for adolescents.

Parents And Children Together (PACT) provides a confidential facility available around the clock for survivors and their children in crisis. Services include safety planning, case management, and referrals to legal, medical, financial, and housing assistance. If you are in an abusive relationship with your spouse or partner, call the Domestic Violence Shelter Access and Crisis Line. A staff member will speak with you over the phone to see how we can best help you and provide resources that are available through our shelter program or another agency. (CPS) The Child Welfare Services Section operates a 24-hour child abuse and neglect reporting line. Child Protective Services (CPS) receives all reports of child abuse or neglect, provides case consultation and assessment, and provides crisis intervention on behalf of children in need of immediate protection via police.

Provides mental health and case management services to children, adolescents and adults referred to our services).
