Youth identified as requiring intensive mental health services may be enrolled with the Department of Health (DOH) Family Guidance Center (FGC) located in the school district of their home school. They are assigned an FGC Mental Health Care Coordinator (MHCC) at that time. The youth may, and often will, continue to receive School-Based Behavioral Health (SBBH) services and supports from the Department of Education (DOE) in conjunction with the intensive mental health services.

(Mobile Food Distribution - Wailuku) Feed My Sheep provides food boxes to those in need at the Living Weight Church on Market Street at the corner of Mokuhau Road. Go to the parking lot across the street from the church.

Provides care coordination to target populations. Participates with communities to problem-solve health issues. Provides education in women and child health, chronic diseases, etc. Facilitates access to health care. Conducts screening tests and source/contact investigations on tuberculosis (TB) cases. Provides health services in public schools, consultation services to private schools, day care, and residential care homes.

(HCAP STEM) The Ha Initiative: Creative STEM After-School Program is a free Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) after-school program for youth in grades 2-8. The program provides year-round tutoring, mentorship, and fun STEM activities in a safe after-school setting at five STEM Exploration Center locations on Oʻahu.

Kalihi-Palama Health Center offers free family planning educational presentations to all ages and settings within the Oahu community upon request. Family Planning presentations cover various topics including: Sexually Transmitted Infections and Birth Control. As part of this program we offer: Free comprehensive family planning education presentations to all ages and groups, schools and other organizations and free STD and teen pregnancy prevention (including abstinence ) presentations.

Youth drop into the space and are given the opportunity to earn a bike by learning how to fix and maintain a bike in addition to volunteering to help maintain the flow of the shop. Each year there are 400 donated bikes that are refurbished by youth and about 4000 bikes are repaired though 9000 youth service hours.

Angel Flight West is a nonprofit, volunteer-driven organization that arranges free, non-emergency air travel for children and adults with serious medical conditions and other compelling needs. Our network of 1,500+ pilots, as well as commercial airline partners, throughout the 13 western states donate their aircraft, piloting skills, and all flying costs to help families in need, enabling them to receive vital treatment that might otherwise be inaccessible because of financial, medical, or geographic limitations. Ambulatory patients needing medical transportation to the 13 Western States; Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming may be eligible. This includes inter-island transportation as well.

Keiki Steps is a Hawaiian Culture-Based Family-Child Interactive Learning Preschool established to meet the school readiness needs of young children and their families through increasing through participation in a high-quality early education program that is culturally grounded, standards-based, and literacy-and-numeracy focused.

(Women Infants and Children Nutrition Program) The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC), is a federally funded program which provides Hawaii residents with nourishing supplemental foods, nutrition education, breastfeeding promotion and health and social service referrals. The participants of WIC are either pregnant, breastfeeding, or postpartum women, and infants and children under age five who meet income guidelines and have a medical or nutritional risk. Nutrition and Health Education: WIC will answer your questions about what to eat for a healthy pregnancy and help you plan family meals and snacks. Education and support for moms who breastfeed: WIC has specially trained staff to answer your breastfeeding questions. Ask for more information about our breast pump loan program. Nourishing supplemental foods: Checks to buy healthy foods such as: Milk, Peanut butter, Fruits and vegetables, Canned tuna or salmon, Juice, Whole grain breads, tortillas, Eggs or brown rice, Cheese, Baby foods, Cereal Infant formula, Dry beans or peas, Tofu, and soy milk Health and social service referrals: Help in finding health care and other community services.

The federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) provides crucial food and nutritional support to qualifying low-income and needy households, and those making the transition from welfare to self-sufficiency. The SNAP processing center provides public assistance, food stamps (SNAP) and financial assistance, to eligible individuals and families. They handle new applications and ongoing assistance. A paper copy of the application can be downloaded, printed, signed and submitted via US postal mail or dropped off in the drop box. (Food Pantry) Hope Chapel Kahuku operates a food pantry distribution service usually 4th Monday of each month, please call ahead. Also offers a distribution of household goods and clothing and accepts donations of small household items and clothing.

Offers specialty care in internal medicine, obstetrics, gynecology, pediatrics, psychiatric/behavioral health, optometry, and dentistry. Provides midwife services from prenatal to delivery and postpartum. Provides health, education, outreach and case management. Provides WIC (Women, Infant, & Children) nutrition services. Provides flu vaccines. Also provides a Smoke-Free Families Program.

(Ho'oulu 'Aina and Returning to our Roots) Hooulu Aina (the Kalihi Valley Nature Preserve) strives to be a "welcoming place of refuge for people of all cultures." (St Pius X Church Outreach) Saint Pius X Church Outreach provides canned, packaged food as available. Used clothing and other household items, grooming supplies, laundry detergent provided if they are available. Administers low cost, outpatient medical clinic which provides care for acute illness or injury as well as physical exams and immunizations for adults and children, assistance with health insurance applications.
