(PSI Helpline) Provides a helpline for support and local referrals for postpartum mental health, along with online information and support groups to help families, providers, and communities learn about the emotional and mental health of childbearing families. Website helps locate specialized support coordinators. The helpline connects callers to crisis hotlines, support groups, and events in that area. Helpline runs 24/7, but is staffed only during business hours. Callers may leave confidential messages anytime and staff will return them as soon as possible.

(Women Infants and Children Nutrition Program) The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC), is a federally funded program which provides Hawaii residents with nourishing supplemental foods, nutrition education, breastfeeding promotion and health and social service referrals. The participants of WIC are either pregnant, breastfeeding, or postpartum women, and infants and children under age five who meet income guidelines and have a medical or nutritional risk. The Department of Health Early Intervention Section (EIS) provides early intervention services to infants and toddlers below three years of age with special needs (developmentally delayed or biological risk). Biological risk means having a diagnosis/condition with a high probability of resulting in a developmental delay. (Hawaii Relief Program) Catholic Charities Hawaii has been contracted to administer the Hawaii Relief Program. Eligible applicants may receive up to four months of financial assistance, including: -Up to 4 months of rent or mortgage (up to $6,000 per month) -One time security deposit (actual housing deposit amount up to the maximum of $6,000) -Up to 4 months of utility assistance ($2,000 per month per utility source) -One time Utility deposit (up to $3,000 per utility source). Utility payments may include electricity, gas, or water expense, or a combination of these utility sources. Water expense may include sewer service fees. Payments are made directly to landlords, mortgage lenders, or utility providers.
