The Kaaahi street clinic is at the Institute for Human Services (IHS) Homeless Shelter for Women and Families. Primary Care health services are provided to single women and families who are guests of the IHS Homeless Shelter, single men, and community members: Including adult medicine, chronic disease management, immunizations and flu shots, infant and well-child check ups, physical examinations, psychiatric counseling and medication management for adults, and women’s health.

(WIN Kauai) We provide clean and sober housing, bridge to success transitional housing, resource referrals, parenting classes, life skills classes, substance abuse relapse prevention, intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment, re-entry from incarceration, domestic violence education, employment services, case management, and advocacy. WIN is committed to guiding women and teens towards sobriety, self-esteem and responsibility through our warm, nurturing and holistic approach. We help our clients develop positive life skills they need to become independent and productive members of our community. We do everything we can to break the generational cycle of hopelessness and abuse. WIN gives preference for admission of pregnant women in our housing and treatment program.

(CSFP) The CSFP works to improve the health of low income elderly persons by supplementing their diets with nutritious USDA foods. Participants must complete an application, be at least 60 years of age, reside on Oahu and have an income at or below 150% of Federal Poverty Income Guidelines. Once qualified, senior will receive a monthly food box consisting of UHT milk, juice, cereal, rice or pasta, peanut butter or beans, cheese, canned meat/poultry or fish and canned fruits and vegetables. We offer Case Management Services (such as home visits to conduct blood pressure checks, glucose checks, assistance with applications for medical insurance), and referrals to other health-related agencies. We also provide Health Education (Diabetes, Hypertension, Nutrition, and Tobacco Cessation), Traditional Healing Workshops and Classes, as well as one-to-one services by referral. Specialty Transportation provided to medical-related appointments (based on needs and availability)- for individuals restricted to a wheelchair or gurney.

(MEO) Provides accessible transportation service for the youth, elderly, disabled, and general public of Maui County. Services include non-emergency medical transport, demand response, and specialized service to also include 'fee-for-service" operations.

CARF accredited programs provide outpatient medication assisted and drug free treatment: methadone maintenance, suboxone (buprenorphine) and detox program, outreach, and interim services for persons addicted to opiates, pain killers, and illicit opiates in on Oahu and Hilo on Hawaii Island. In Puna on Hawaii Island, Native Hawaiian culturally based intensive outpatient and outpatient program provided. Cornerstone, located in Honolulu, provides outpatient, intensive outpatient and continuing care services. Trauma-Informed-Care environment.

(Women Infants and Children Nutrition Program) The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC), is a federally funded program which provides Hawaii residents with nourishing supplemental foods, nutrition education, breastfeeding promotion and health and social service referrals. The participants of WIC are either pregnant, breastfeeding, or postpartum women, and infants and children under age five who meet income guidelines and have a medical or nutritional risk. Nutrition and Health Education: WIC will answer your questions about what to eat for a healthy pregnancy and help you plan family meals and snacks. Education and support for moms who breastfeed: WIC has specially trained staff to answer your breastfeeding questions. Ask for more information about our breast pump loan program.
